There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. We double-check the quality of all items before they are shipped. Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days. We do our best to maintain quick order filling that reduces the need for quicker shipping charges and saves you money. Any orders authorized for return will have a 25% re-stocking fee for product only.  Shipping is not reimbursed on any order.  No orders returned without an authorization number.

OR... if you prefer to send a check, print your order and provide a shipping account number and mail it to us.  If you don't have a shipping account number, contact us for shipping rates.  Or check out as if you are using a credit card, then you will have the shipping costs for your order.

- Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days except for printed items which may take 3-5 business days. Selecting shipping via 2-Day or Expedited shipping options will still require 1-2 business days to fill the order.
- Delivery times on all orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for how shipping company's handle their deliveries. 
- ALL orders may require additional costs depending on the weight of the item being shipped.

Orders within the U.S.A. are shipped via FedEx for larger orders such as game boards and boxes (once shipped, delivered in approximately 5 business days) & U.S. Post Office for small orders such as dice and pawns (once shipped, delivered in approximately 2-3 business days). Shipping is estimated only, based on weight and dimensions.  Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company. If at that time you do not want to place the order, we will provide a full refund! Please do not use a Post Office Box as the ship to address or the order may not be deliverable.

PLEASE NOTE U.S.A. Shipping Options are as follows:
 - Priority Mail: via USPS (United States Postal Service) delivered in 2-3 business days.  All items must fit into an envelope 9-1/2" x 12-1/2" in size.  Smaller items ordered (pawns, dice, chips, money, etc.)  that fit into this envelope will ship this way.
 - Ground: via FedEx Ground service delivered in 5 business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way.
 - Two-Day Shipping: via FedEx Express 2-3 day service (ships 2-day FedEx according to FedEx)  
 - Expedited Air Service: via FedEx Express 1-2 day service (ships 1-day FedEx (according to FedEx), standard overnight, next business afternoon)

International Orders (Outside the U.S.A.) may require additional shipping charges. Once you place your order, if additional shipping is required, using your ship to address, we will be able to determine the additional amount. Shipping is estimated only, based on weight and dimensions.  Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company. If at that time you do not want to place the order, we will provide a full refund!

PLEASE NOTE International Shipping Options are as follows:
- Ground (available only to Canada): via FedEx Ground service delivered in 5 business days. Larger items ordered (game  boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way for Canadian orders.
 - Expedited Flat Rate Shipping: via the Post Office is delivered in 6-10 business days. All items must fit into an envelope 9-1/2" x 12-1/2" in size.  Smaller items ordered (pawns, dice, money, etc.)  that fit into this envelope will ship this way.
- International Economy: via the Post Office is delivered in 10+ business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way.

Refunds
No refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. However, if you contact us we may be able to help you with a solution. Upon these exceptions, return shipping is non-refundable plus a 25% restocking fee is applicable, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by us before acceptance of the return.
