Delivery times on all orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for how shipping company's handle their deliveries.

ALL orders may require additional costs depending on the weight of the item being shipped.

Orders within the U.S.A. are shipped via FedEx for larger orders such as game boards and boxes (once shipped, delivered in approximately 5 business days) & U.S. Post Office for small orders such as dice and pawns (once shipped, delivered in approximately 2-3 business days). Shipping is estimated only, based on weight and dimensions. Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company. If at that time you do not want to place the order, we will provide a full refund! Please do not use a Post Office Box as the ship to address or the order may not be deliverable.

- Two-Day Shipping: via FedEx Express 2-3 day service (ships 2-day FedEx according to FedEx)

- Expedited Air Service: via FedEx Express 1-2 day service (ships 1-day FedEx (according to FedEx), standard overnight, next business afternoon)

- International Economy: via the Post Office is delivered in 10+ business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way.

Refunds
No refunds, returns or exchanges. However, if you contact us we may be able to help you with a solution. Upon these exceptions, return shipping is non-refundable plus a 25% restocking fee is applicable, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by us before acceptance of the return.
